Shipping Timelines
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7–14 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped via registered and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We currently do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
No shipping charges apply for domestic orders across India.
In case of remote or non-serviceable locations, our team will connect with you to arrange alternate delivery options.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated additionally based on package weight, destination, and courier rates.
Any custom duties, import taxes, or additional fees levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer.
Payments
We accept online payments only, processed securely through Razorpay.
Major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and net banking options are supported.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on any orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking ID and courier link.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
